PROFIL KROMATOGRAFI LAPIS TIPIS EKSTRAK KUNYIT (Curcuma longa Linn) SEGAR DAN SIMPLISIA DENGAN VARIASI METODE EKSTRAKSI

Turmeric is a rhizome plant used as traditional Indonesian medicine. Generally, the extraction process influences efficacy of turmeric in curing disease. This study compares thin layer chromatography profile (TLC) extract based on variations method. The was carried out using 70% ethanol solvent fresh rhizomes and simplicia. maceration, sonication, microwave assistance techniques. profiles were analyzed curcuminoid standards visible UV light visualization (254 366 nm). results showed higher yields extracts through maceration extraction, microwave-assisted techniques, respectively. pattern eluent chloroform dichloromethane (32.5: 67.5 v / v) separated into 3 - 4 compounds, with different thicknesses each treatment. highest quality content found successively sonication simplicia,  simplicia extracts, well extract, microwaves. high yield does not indicate an increase levels produced. Keywords: Turmeric, Thin Layer Chromatography, curcuminoids, modification Kunyit merupakan tanaman rhizoma yang telah dimanfaatkan dalam pengobatan tradisional Indonesia. Khasiat kunyit menyembuhkan suatu penyakit dipengaruhi oleh proses ekstraksinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan profil kromatografi lapis tipis (KLT) ekstrak berdasarkan variasi metode ekstraksi. Proses ekstraksi dilakukan menggunakan pelarut etanol pada rimpang segar dan simplisia kunyit. Teknik adalah secara maserasi, sonikasi bantuan gelombang mikro. Profil dianalisis dengan standar kurkuminoid visualisasi sinar tampak serta UV  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rendemen lebih tinggi terdapat jenis daripada simplisianya, berturut-turut melalui teknik sonikasi, Pola eluen kloroform:diklorometan (32,5:67,5 v/v) bahwa terpisah menjadi senyawa,  ketebalan berbeda masing-masing perlakuan kualitas kadar tertinggi disusul maserasi mikro, Rendemen dari tidak mengindikasikan dihasilkan semakin baik.
